Draft, review, and supervise legal documents including court pleadings, FIRs, legal notices, auction notices, and statutory letters.
Manage and review dealer, rental, internal, and equipment-related agreements.
Supervise preparation of meeting minutes, case registrations, and blacklisting/blacklisting release documentation.
Oversee auction-related legal documentation including notices, muchulka, and supporting records.
Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy of legal records, case files, and Excel-based legal data.
Coordinate with courts, banks, police stations, Malpot offices, post offices, and other government authorities.
Monitor and support recovery-related legal actions, document collection, ledger extraction, and follow-up processes.
Guide and supervise junior legal staff in documentation, compliance, and field coordination.
Attend court proceedings, legal meetings, and external coordination as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Legal Manager in line with organizational requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal work, court procedures, recovery/legal compliance, or law firm practice.
Strong legal drafting, review, and supervisory skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and legal record management
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
