Position: Dim Sum Chef for our Chinese Restaurant at the hotel
Requirements:
Age: At least 25 years
Education: Minimum 10 passed
Experience: Candidate must have work knowledge in Reputed Chinese Restaurant as CDP level for minimum 4 years who could speak Nepali, English. Preference will be given to the Hotel management graduate or to those having minimum 02 years of experience in Food Production in any 5 star hotels.
Knowledge/Ability: The job involves organizing, developing and supervising the food production in Chinese Restaurant as per the prescribed standards and recipes. It also includes ensuring guest satisfaction.
Candidate should be imaginative, motivated, dedicated and entrepreneurial whose principal duties, inter alias, are the establishment and servicing of accounts in the local corporate market.
