Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably Master's Degree.
Previous work experience in the related field is preferred.
He/She is responsible to develop agent's productivity by conducting skill based training programs enhancing their life insurance knowledge and be responsible to facilitate and supervise training activities all over Nepal.
