Position: Customer Support Executives
Support Executives shall- communicate with the clients as well as discuss the issues with a support team and make suggestions, be bold and confident to take on the tasks, dealing with it and solving through team effort, being polite and patience while handling the Clients.
Job Description:
- Learning within the organization through training, tutorials and practices.
- Listening and talking with clients and team members and making note of key points/ dates
- Designing elegant and efficient web pages for web presentation
- Documentation of all the settings and integrations
- Applying best practices for better web performance and experience
- Helping support department to achieve the target through proactive assistance
Job Specification
Experience, Qualification and Certification:
- Two year of experience and having Intermediate (+2) degree OR fresh graduates in the field of management (preferably hospitality/medicine industry)
Preferred Knowledge On:
- Workflow of helpdesk- ticketing system
- Interpersonal skills
- Official letter/ application/ note writing (Nepali and English)
- Motorbike license holder
