Maintaining relation with customers, internal staff as well as service providers or partners and following up and reporting to them regularly on all shipments
Resolving disputes and creating win-win situation for both the Company and its customers.
Corresponding with overseas counterparts on a daily basis.
Creating and maintaining filing systems for all customer related documents.
Reporting to Line Manager on a Daily Basis
Job Specification
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
Good command over English and Nepali( verbal and written)
Self motivated, pleasant attitude and a proactive individual
Computer literate- Must have experience and knowledge in using basic computer applications
Highly trainable on new systems.
