Nidan Hospital Limited is a preferred 50-bed multispecialty hospital situated in Pulchowk Laittpur and offers clinical specialties such as gastroenterology, nephrology, urology, orthopedic, surgery, gynecology & obstetrics, pediatrics, etc.
Nidan seeks application with an expression of Interest to lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at Nidan Hospital in the capacity of CEO cum Medical Director. The incumbent is expected to find a balance in managing the day-to-day operations while leading strategic development initiatives required for long-term success.

Setting and following framework & standards for operational excellence
Hire and retain qualified staff
Implement clinical procedure and policy
Deliver strong financial performance
Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine with 10+ years of experience. preferably as Head of Department and/ or as a senior functionary in a hospital. Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA}, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Medical Management (MMM), or equivalent degree or certifications with demonstrated leadership abilities Executive-level decision-making experience at a major healthcare institution will be a plus point.
Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate flawlessly with a wide range of national and international stakeholders in both Nepali and English —verbal and written.
Personality: Output-driven, solid strategic thinker, analytical strong negotiator, people-centric
