Job Description:
He/she will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the company’s policies, objectives and initiatives leading and managing the company to increase shareholder value continuously by achieving consistently above average profitability, return on invested capitals, revenue growth compared to agreed benchmarks and
increase market share in the growing hydropower sector.
Key Performance Areas:
Provides strategic direction and leadership to the management team and employees of the Company for revenue and profit growth.
The incumbent will ensure design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of
programs, products and services including identification and management of business risks.
Continuously have to take challenges and increase the customer satisfaction.
NOTE:
Must have experience in related field.
Experience in hydro project will be given priority.
