The job includes managing end-to-end HR cycle from onboarding till exit for Associates (outsourced), managing team of Operations & Process Executives, handling clients and fulfilling client requirement. S/he will be responsible to ensure completion of all operational processes in a smooth manner.
The candidate must have Master's degree preferably in HR with minimum 3-4 years of experience in related field.
