Preparation of Letter of Credits (All types) and Contract agreement with Vendors
-
Prepare Draft letters
-
Prepare Agenda, Minute of the meeting with Banks and Vendors
-
Coordinate with Banks for disbursement of funds
-
Handling insurance of importing and exporting goods as well as early early settlement of insurance claims, if any
-
Coordinate with vendors and parties for early dispatch and receive
-
Coordinate with clearing agents/Shipping lines
-
Liaise with vendors for quality, quantity, stock level, delivery times, transportation cost and mode;
-
Resolve any arising problems
Job Specification
- Candidates should be BBA/BBS
- 5 years of experience in related field
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Nepali in both speaking and writing
