1.Makes and confirms reservations for passengers on scheduled airline flights: Arranges reservations and routing for passengers at request of TICKET AGENT or customer, using timetables, airline manuals, reference guides.
2. Should be able to handle the ticketing system . (Galileo , Amadeus and Saber ).
3. Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
4. Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
5. Help passengers to plan for their trips.
6. Help to make and confirm reservations.
7. Make accurate bookings for customers.
8.Provide good customer service.
9.Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
