• Supervise all employees’ task and report to Director
• Responsible for overall Factory Administration
• Responsible for Staffing, Employment processing, Compensation, Health and welfare benefits ,Training and Development ,Record Management, Safety and Health ,Employee relations and retention, Regulatory compliance and Labor relation
• Handle Shift, Attendance & Leave record of employee
• Arrange weekly and monthly staff meeting and coordinating
• Manage HR Software and Payroll relating to Factory
• Should have excellent Administrative & Communication Skills in Nepali Speaking & Typing
• Atleast 6 Years of Working Experience in the related Field
• Expert in employment law , employee relations ,resource management , Administrative works and HR best Practices
