Job Description

  • Undertaking the tasks of handling calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Handle requests and queries professionally
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment

 

 

Job Specification

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Self-Motivated, Disciplined, Punctual.
  • Profficiency in Microsoft office, Application and Advance excel skill.
  • Knowledge about accounting systems.
  • Proficient in email and phone communication.
  • Sound knowledge about Vat, Tax, Exercise and custom duty.
  • Supervisory and negotiation skills with the good convincing ability.
