Job Description

Handle day to day accounting matters
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
Process and record financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and invoices.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments as necessary.
Monitor and manage petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and recording.
Reconcile and review petty cash transactions periodically.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance of Company policies and Procedures.

Job Specification

Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
