Chartered Accountants Mid Level

Job Description

1. Chartered Accountant/Certified Chartered Accountant/Chartered Financial Analyst from a recognized Institution.
2. Must have minimum 2 years of work experience in Investment Management, Due Diligence, Valuation, Taxation or Audit.
3. Besides thorough knowledge of Specialized Investment Fund set up & operation, also requires understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets, Banking Procedures, Financial Research and Analysis, Portfolio Management, Mutual Fund, Treasury Fund Management, Risk-Return Analysis, Securities trading processes and other Investment Banking activities and knowledge of prevailing corporate laws.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Specification

Responsible for:

1. Financial Modeling,
2. Analysis of Financial Statements,
3. Risk Analysis and Management,
4. Providing strategic financial advice to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
5. Keeping up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
6. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
