Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses.
  2. Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
  3. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  4. Provide the services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
  5. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  6. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities.
  7. Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly, quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
  8. Process report payroll taxes for the organization
  9. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  10. Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
  11. Monitor competitor activity and stay updated about latest industry trends.

Job Specification

Requirements

  1.  A minimum of a master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing and Finance, or the Chartered Accountancy course from recognized institution.
  2. Proven 3-5 years working experience as an account & finance manager in the manufacturing company.
  3. Advanced computer skills, accounting software and databases.
  4. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  5. Ability to direct and supervise.
