Warehouse Executive: Mid Level

Job Description

1. Inventory Management: Supervise inventory control, including receiving, storing, and tracking products.
2. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer demands.
3. Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations, including allocating tasks to warehouse staff.
4. Quality Control: Maintain the quality of products and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and other warehouse-related documentation.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring a motivated and efficient workforce.

Job Specification

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in warehouse software and databases.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
7. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).
