MBA or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience as HOD - sales and marketing with total experience of 10 years in the area of sales and marketing. Prior experience in the Industry dealing with construction materials (Steels, Cement Paints etc.) will be preferred. Candidate must be able to handle sales and marketing team of over 20 persons and 100 clients.
