Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify best practices.
Help create user personas, journey maps, and user flows for better experiences.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping
Design wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
Assist in defining layout, navigation, and interaction patterns.
Work on refining UI components based on feedback from senior designers.
3. UI Design & Visual Elements
Support in creating responsive web and mobile UI designs.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and usability principles.
Help develop UI elements such as buttons, icons, and typography.
4. Usability Testing & Iteration
Participate in usability testing sessions and gather feedback.
Improve designs based on test results and stakeholder input.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
5. Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers.
Present design ideas and concepts to the team for feedback.
Maintain and document design changes, guidelines, and best practices.
Job Specification
Requirements:
✔ Education: +2 and Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (students or fresh graduates welcome).
✔ Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, typography, and color theory.
✔ Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic design.
