Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd., leading insurance company of Nepal is looking for a Training Coordinator to lead human resource development initiatives of this company through different training events on technical subject matter of insurance and other soft skills trainings.
The nature of the job shall be full time managerial level (Asst. Manager/Dep. Manager/Manager depending upon qualification and experience). The Training Coordinator shall be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs including agency trainings and should be willing to travel the branch offices of the company throughout Nepal.
Proven working experience as a Training Coordinator / Trainer / Training Facilitator or similar role. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Programs. At least Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
