Job Description

• Arrange travels for business and vacation customers 
• Determine customers need and preferences, such as schedules and costs 
• Plan and arrange tour packages ,excursions ,and day trip 
• Find fare and schedule information 
• Calculation total travels cost 
• Book reservation for travel, hotels, rental cars and special events such as tour excursions
• Tell clients about what their trip will be like ,including given details on required document such as passports or visa 
• Give advice about local weather conditions ,customs and attractions
• Knowledge of key holiday destinations
• Foreign language skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Communication skills
• Customer service skills
• IT skills
• Good time management skills
