Ticketing Officer – 2
JOB SUMMARY
•The Ticketing officer is responsible for issuing tickets, handling and coordinating corporate and individual queries.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have knowledge of Long- Houl Ticketing. •
Must have Knowledge of al GDS Systems (Galileo ,Abacus & Amadeus)
• Strong Leadership and marketing skills will be an advantage
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload. Excellent communication and typing skills in both English and Nepali languages
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Provide Ticketing services according to customer requirement.
• Provide travel information to all customers.
