Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort (guest services, housekeeping, kitchen, farm coordination)
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with staff and management for smooth functioning
Maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards across the property
Manage inventory, supplies, and staff schedules
Assist in organizing events, retreats, and farm tours
Minimum +2 or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
At least 1 years of experience in resort/hotel supervision or management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, booking systems)
