Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of working experience in cement manufacturing company as a Sales Manager.
Thorough knowledge of projects related business in Nepal andthe ability to drive in the customers.
A sound understanding at competitors brand and devisestrategies to strengthen brand presence.
Computer proficiency with strong analytical & communication skills.
Formulating and executing sales strategy.
Establishing and expanding the customer base
Oversee sales staff 8 monitor team performance and set targets
Travel to target areas and have one an one relationship with all the main buyers.
