• Establish clear ownership for housing finishing stage tasks.
• Ability in task planning, scheduling and implementation.
• Coordinate and facilitate the task assigned properly and timely.
• Track progress and review tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicates projects status, issues & risk management.
• Other duties as assigned
