Senior Development Officers / Development Officers- Few (Kathmandu, Dhading, Narayangarh, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Dang, Biratnagar, Itahari, Birtamod and Baglung)
Academic Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent (Preference will be given to Master’s Degree) from a recognized University. Working Experience: At least 1 years’ experience in General Insurance Company or Banking Industry.
Key Expertise Required:
Should possess adequate skills for marketing. He/She must be result oriented and preference shall be given to those who is willing to take challenging targets and tasks.
Should possess decent skills for presentation and business communication.
He/She must have good public relation with Corporate Houses/Industries/Banks/Financial Institutions with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Should possess the capability to identify and analyze the risks associated with policies & minimizing risk of financial losses.
Should possess ability to driven in the team.
Excellent computer skills in regard to Office Package, Email and Internet.
Should have valid Driving License
Other Criteria:
Age should not exceed 35 years as on last date of application submission
Preference will be given to locals or residents of nearby area for the Outside Kathmandu valley Branches. Similarly, while applying for the position, the candidates should specify the preferred branch.
