- Monitor and manage laboratory and its processes.
- Analyze and monitor the standard parameters of distillation, fermentation. lab process, grain plant, ETP plant and report to production manager.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, implement and monitor all production activities. - Supervise, monitor and train the team member of production department.
Qualification & Experiences
Preferably M.Sc. in Chemistry/M.Sc. in food Technology/ M. Tech. with two years of relevant experience. However, B.Sc. in Ct emistry/B.Sc. in Food Technology/B. Tech with five years of relevant experience may also apply.
