Job Description

  1. Overall Management of the Service Centers
  2. Provide repair/after sales Service for Smartphones
  3. Gathering Service Feedbacks and reporting
  4. Pricing of new spare parts, handling the stock
  5.  Following up with the vendor company regarding hardware and software
  6. Expansion of Service Centers throughout the country
  7. Handling meetings with the Distributors and Service Channel Partners
  8. To establish a clear and meaningful strategic planning for better service delivery.
  9. Use an innovation process for all new product repair guideline, service delivery, etc. strategies.

Job Specification

a. Good Knowledge in resolving hardware and software related problems in Mobile-set

b. Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in managing and handling service centre and after sales service of Smartphone

c.strong communication and leadership qualities.
