- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and SEO
- Proven experience in optimising paid campaigns for lead conversion
- Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, landing page optimisation, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret, and optimise campaign performance
- Experience in home improvement, flooring, or retail industries is a plus but not required
- Advantage if you can edit videos, graphics or social media posts but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Digital Strategy
- Develop and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Continuously optimise ad targeting, bidding strategies, and creative content to improve lead quality and reduce cost-per-acquisition
- Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies to increase conversions
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns in real-time for maximum ROI
- Website & Landing Page Optimisation
- Manage and optimise WordPress-based landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce lead drop-offs
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs for better lead conversion
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance UX/UI and mobile-friendly experiences
- SEO & Organic Lead Growth
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic lead generation
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve search rankings and visibility
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and ensure best practices are followed
- Data-Driven Performance Tracking
- Use Google Analytics, heatmaps, and CRM data to measure lead quality and campaign performance
- Provide regular reports and insights to refine marketing strategies and boost ROI
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to accurately measure success
