Job Description

Senior Lavel-Digital Marketing. 

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and SEO
  • Proven experience in optimising paid campaigns for lead conversion
  • Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, landing page optimisation, and A/B testing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret, and optimise campaign performance
  • Experience in home improvement, flooring, or retail industries is a plus but not required
  • Advantage if you can edit videos, graphics or social media posts but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Digital Strategy
  • Develop and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
  • Continuously optimise ad targeting, bidding strategies, and creative content to improve lead quality and reduce cost-per-acquisition
  • Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies to increase conversions
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics, adjusting campaigns in real-time for maximum ROI
  • Website & Landing Page Optimisation
  • Manage and optimise WordPress-based landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce lead drop-offs
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, headlines, and CTAs for better lead conversion
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance UX/UI and mobile-friendly experiences
  • SEO & Organic Lead Growth
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic lead generation
  • Optimise website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve search rankings and visibility
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and ensure best practices are followed
  • Data-Driven Performance Tracking
