Making tour itineraries and tour descriptions for specific requests
Understanding the booking interface and managing the daily bookings coming from the sales offices
Coordinating with hotels/suppliers/associates in getting the bookings confirmed
Assisting and coordinating in day to day office activities, tour inspections etc
Perform other duties as required
