Job Description

• *Support the Sales team to manage and supervise the sales, administration, promotion, PR, as an independently profitable department.
• *Monitor, review and report on all sales activity and results.
• *Communicate effectively with the subordinates, immediate supervisor and other department managers.
• *Identify and solve problems in the sales department in a professional manner.
• *Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• *Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• *Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• *Checking the quantities of goods on display and its stock.
• *Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the office.
