Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with strong academic background
Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation, and local, state and federal laws that guide automobile
At least 2 years of professional experience in automobile business
Excellent communication – verbal and written
Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized form
Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgement in fast paced high stress environments, as well as ability to escalate appropriate.
Brief the customer about our products and provide necessary sales collateral (brochures / cd’s etc.), provide FAB of the right product
Identify the customer’s requirement and need and suggest the right product
Initiate and coordinate test rides
Explain finance, exchange or special schemes/ LC procedures as per requirement
Refer to Bank and Recondition house if required
Prepare and provide detailed quotations
Negotiate and close to finalize the deal
Maintain details of customer
Prepare and maintain required documents for booking/ sale of vehicle
Pay visit from the visit list in coordination with the team and provide product demonstration
Enter the outcome in Log-book with categorizing customer into Cold, Warm and Hot.
Make cold calls to various institutions and take appointments for visits.
Visits to suspects to describe the product and get their requirements in need basis with co-ordination with sales team.
Buildup relationship with Individuals/retail markets.
Preparations Quotations, tenders and bids.
