Identify potential clients and develop strategic sales plan to get them enrolled,
Maintain relationship with clients and collect feedback of the product.
Conduct orientation and training for the Sales Team,

Set targets for the sales team,
Monitor and motivate the sales team,
Prepare reports and metrices to measure the performance of sales team.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Management, with specialization in marketing,
At Least 5 years of experience in relevant field,
Caring leader and builder of trust,
Positive and result oriented attitude,
Demonstrate sales skills,
Professional presence,
Patient teacher. role model and coach for the sale team.
Pay package: Starting from 50K + perks as per company policy
