Job Description

• Greeting customers in a welcoming manner, helping them find specific products.
• Help customers looking for pieces of fine jewelry.
• Answer questions using their in-depth knowledge of fine jewelry
• Taking Orders and Recommend quality pieces based on the customer's preferences or needs
• Help the store or department meet sales goals.
• Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, provide information.
• Assisting customers throughout the buying process.
• Drive sales through engaging, suggesting and sharing product knowledge.
• Team up with co-workers
• Prepare reports and send it to the management.
• Keep store clean and tidy.
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Specification
