Job Description

The  Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the sales and marketing business strategy and activities in order to meet the Company’s objectives for business retention, growth and profitability. He/she should Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies. Furthermore should:


  • - Lead the development and implementation of the Company’s marketing strategy ensuring alignment to the overall business plan to sustain business growth and profitability.
  • -Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
  • - oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Managing distribution channels for products.
  • -  Oversee marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising.

    -Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • -Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market whether B2B or B2C.

    - Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.


Job Specification

A professional should have in-depth experience and knowledge of the marketing & sales:

  • Must possess creativity, positive working attitude and a great personality.
  • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
  • To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
  • To managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.
  • To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push product, working with all departments for its execiution
  • To analyse potential strategic partner relationships for product lines
