Prepare daily safety checklist weekly and monthly report.
Accident investigation and its root cause analysis including keeping the record of near misses Accident, incident investigation and reporting to client.
Display safety poster at site to generate awareness.
Prepare safety observation report at site.
Monitor and control the unsafe activity at site by managing the HSE personnel.
Advise site personnel regarding the hazards in the activity and use of proper PPE.
A close observation to make sure that first-aid and proper welfare facilities maintained at site.
Reminding contractors all supervisors and workers safety to target zero accident.
Maintaining safe work environment at site
Compliance of client safety visits, safety audits, safety inspections and its reporting.
Preparing safe work methodology.
Ensure implementation of Permit to work (PTW) system at site.
Ensure compliance with statutory provision and necessary documentation
Implementation of latest safety practices at our project site.
