Responsible for achieving sales targets as per plan and budget
Identifying, appointing and assisting dealers to achieve sales targets.
Responsible for collection of payments and other documents from distributors /dealers.
Handle customer queries, interactions to build distributor relationships.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by extending proactive customer service.
Organizing / participating sales promotion, brand visibility and publicity activities and consumer campaigns, in the territory per the guidelines of the organization.
Responsible for formulation and implementation of Marketing and Sales strategies in the respective regions.
Monitoring sales performance, processes and activities carried out in the allocated region.
Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Warranty Claims reporting and evaluation.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (specialization in sales and marketing preferred)
Experience: At least 5 years in the relative field of Tires or lubricants with established experience in sales, handling distribution channels and managing teams. Must have strong business sense and industry expertise.
