Responsibilities:
Manage the screening and testing of potential applicants
Manage all recruitment advertising including posting, updating and monitoring ads for both HLE Sydney and Nepal
Maintain contact with recruitment candidates including initial phone screening, invites to interviews, follow up conversations and info night invitations
Assist in the development of assessments/exams
Conducting reference check for HLE Nepal
Conducting resume searches for suitable candidates (Seek Premium, Indeed, Linked In)
Conduct outbound phone calls for prospective candidates for Broker roles and other roles as needed
Respond to messages in HLE Facebook page in regards to hiring
Update Career Page on HLE Nepal’s website
Providing timely feedback to candidates and maintaining google drive for recruitment
Prepare and Post open positions in job portals
Prepare offer letters for candidates
Other duties as needed
