- Able to handel telephone and receive/dispatch documents in front desk.
- Able to communicate with all internal staffs, guest and process for utility payments (teliphone billing/ water and sanitary payments etc), procure stationery items,
- Need to record inventory in Exceel sheet, manage minimum stock level in store, Issue Job order for new order, search vendor from internet, cheque and cash receive and dispatch.
- Daily send report through email to Sales Manager/Director/Factory Incharge etc.
This position is not related with field visit so must of the time, she stay in front desk and supervise official envirionment.
-twice a months she may need to visit bank for statement and cheque books.
