Responsibilities:
Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
Report Preparation: Assist in creating reports and presentations.
To handle the filing and inventory systems when required
To keep a record of all the business transactions and to perform some accounting functions as well.
To keep a check on the inventory and may perform other administrative duties as well
+2 is Minimum Requirement
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
