- Make the necessary action to collect documents in order to fulfill the existing demand within a deadline.
- Make proper follow up to the sub-agents and candidates directly for the document collection.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Up keeping information and demands.
- Filling up the application forms / Maintain CV Bank of the candidate as per requirement.
- Updating notice board and demand files.
- Follow up for the medical and ISC.
- Note out the inquiries in the register.
- Handover the received documents to the concerned department and maintain the register.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Recruitment Agency.
- Able to deal with any category of people.
- High school degree with Good computer knowledge.
- Good influencing capacity and conflict management skill.
