Lead managing cyber assessment and product deployment projects at customers in the Enterprise and Financial Sectors throughout the entire project lifecycle from project kick off, planning, implementation and reporting. Tailor company project plans for specific customer projects, manage multiple resources working on the project, ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget with excellent customer satisfaction
Work closely with the industrial control system, cyber security and technology teams to complete work plan tasks
Coordinate and present information in a professional, concise manner to communicate information both technical and non-technical audiences at client senior and middle management
Represent Mission Secure to clients and grow the relationships
Support the sales team in their efforts to sell Overwatch cyber security products and services
Build strong credibility and relationships with customers
Lead and guide customer meetings/presentations, respond to questions, provide excellently communicated updates, and coordinate quick resolution of issues that arise
Build strong internal company relationships with technical team members – getting updates, collecting technical data, and creating professional documentation (Powerpoints, Word/PDFs, Excel files, project plans).
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree/Master degree in Information System or computer networking or so related fields. In lieu of a degree, candidates with 2 years of additional Project Management experience will be considered.
Project Management experience; familiarity with a PMP and/or Agile development environment a plus
Fundamental project management skills within matrix environment and a solid foundation in business process management, tool design and optimization – excellent understanding of the core competencies (scope, time, budget, risk, quality, integration, resource management, and communications)
PM / Technology policy development / change management experience
Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
Expert in collaboration, team building, and customer service.
Demonstrated skill running effective meetings and getting buy-in and participation from executive leaders
Ability to organize and present reports, create documentation, and track status.
Experience working with federal or federal civilian government agencies
Facilitate governance and policy development.
Strong track record of utilizing the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for implementation
Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels
Self-starter and problem solver
Certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience deploying IT Secuirty tools
Understanding of FISMA, FedRAMP and NIST standards.
Strong presentations skills around complex security topics.
Project management, PoC( Proof of Concepts) / Implementation
Develop a cyber security strategy, policies, SOP,WI
End to end security engineering - Cloud, IoT, Hybrid.
Cloud, product, and enterprise security.
