QUALIFICATION:
For fresh candidates – Masters Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or any related Management Disciple with First Division.
Masters Degree with minimum Second Division and 2 years + experience in the field of operations management of A or B class financial institution.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proficient reading and writing skills in English
Capacity to handle departments individually in the field of operations management
Operations management training will be added advantage
Users of T24 software will be an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Customer Service, Bills, Remittance and Cash Management
Ancillary services management like ASBA, C-ASBA and Card Products
Regular reporting to NRB and competent authorities regarding operational issues and AML/KYC/CFT
