Qualification:
Bachelor in Computer Science or BSc.IT or equivalent
RHCE Certified (preferable)
MCP / MCSE / CCNA / A+ certification will be an added advantage. (preferable)
Job Specifications:
Knowledge about monitoring system.
Sound knowledge in Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows based servers (scripting languages including bash, sh and perl preferable.)
Concept on virtualization.
Configuration, installation and deployment of network devices.
Technical knowledge on:- Linux, FreeBSD, Windows Active Directory, Networking, DNS, Linux Based MTA (Sendmail, Postfix, Exim), Web Server (apache, tomcat or nginx), Control Panel Based Web Hosting, WebMail, Database Server (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL).
knowledge about Backup / Restore of System and Network devices,
Job Description:
Provide customer support 24/7/365.
Install, configure and deploy server and network systems.
Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
Monitor system performance and implementation.
