• Be responsible for the management of the Sales Team.
• Establish and lead the team to complete the targets.
• Develop Customer's marketing and sales targets.
• Be responsible for the short term and long term sales plan and strategies.
• Be responsible for the organization to promote the establishment of brand in Nepal.
• 5 years plus of experience in Sales Management as Regional Sales Manager and higher will be prioritized.
• Good communication skill with pleasant and positive attitude.
