RasuwaGadhi Hydropower Company Ltd. is seeking to hire contract-based employees to assist in the operation and maintenance of the Rasuwa Gadhi Hydropower Project. Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. The company is seeking the following personnel:
Officer/Supervisor – Electrical (Level 5)
One position is available for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar qualification. Applicants must have completed formal and practical training and have at least three years of experience in the operation and maintenance of hydropower projects. The work location is at the Rasuwa Gadhi Hydropower Center in Rasuwa.
Officer/Supervisor – Mechanical (Level 5)
One position is available for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field. A minimum of three years of experience in hydropower project operation and maintenance is required. The position is based at the Rasuwa Gadhi Hydropower Center in Rasuwa.
Sub-Engineer/Foreman – Electrical (Level 4)
One position is open to candidates who have completed a diploma in Electrical Engineering and passed the CTEVT exam. Applicants should also have relevant training and at least three years of experience in the hydropower sector. The job location is at the Rasuwa Gadhi Hydropower Center in Rasuwa.
Sub-Engineer/Foreman – Mechanical (Level 4)
One position is available for individuals holding a diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a CTEVT certificate. Candidates must have received professional training and possess at least three years of experience in the operation and maintenance of hydropower projects. The duty station is Rasuwa Gadhi Hydropower Center in Rasuwa.
Important Notes:
Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis for one year. Continuation of service will depend on the company’s needs and performance.

Organization Summary
Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited (RGHPCL) is a subsidiary of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHPCL) and was incorporated in August 2011 as a public limited company. It has planned to develop a new project - Rasuwagadhi Hydroelectric Project (RGHEP) having capacity of 111MW in Rasuwa district of Central Development Region. The financing of the project will be done with 50:50 debt-equity ratio. The company will manage the debt requirement of the project from the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) for which tri-partite loan arrangement has been signed between EPF, CHCPL and RGHPCL on 2068/08/22. The equity investment will be made through 51% promoter share and 49% public share.
