2. What is the prospect of Portfolio Management Services in Nepal in the days to come? What are its challenges?
3. You are given a fund of 10 lakhs rupees to develop a portfolio structure. What are the parameters you would consider to make the investment decision?
4. You have a portfolio of 50 lakhs rupees. The diversified portfolio consists of 20% stock of Everest Bank Ltd., 20% of Sanima Bank Ltd., 20% of Deprosc Development Bank Ltd., 20% of Chilime Hydropower Ltd., and 20% of NTC. As of today's market, which stocks would you hold, which one would you sell, and which one would you purchase more? Justify your answer with proper reasons.
5. Conduct 5 years comparative financial performance of any two commercial banks on the basis of fundamental and technical analysis.
