We are leading Food Supplement manufacturer and supplier based in Lalitpur Nepal. We are looking for talented Lab Technician in Kathmandu Valley and all over Nepal.

Job Description

•             Prepare TMC and food supplement analysis report of each batch.

•             Assists food supplement lab testing and the wine-making team in daily activities

•             Performs food supplement lab testing and wine-making tasks according to standard operating procedures with thoughtful attention to detail that enhances wine quality

•             Analyzing the wine at all stages from crushed fruits to bottling the wine

•             Running wine samples through the lab testing & adding ingredients

•             Quality control, managing wine & knowing what is happening to it at each stage

•             Prepare chemical solutions used in laboratory

•             Follows work orders accurately; makes no mistakes

•             Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

•             Prepare and participate in annual safety audit ISO, WHO GMP and other food safety audit.

 

Job Specification

• Education Level : Bachelor
• Experience Required: 2 years required

Other Specification

• Bachelor in Science (Microbiology, Food Technology, Alcohol Technology)
• Should have interest in and appreciation for wine
• Enjoyment of physical work
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
• Plus point for candidates who have experience of working in Wine Industries but fresher can apply as well
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
