- Bachelors Degree with minimum second division or 2.75 CGPA

- Bachelors Degree with one year of work experience in bank and financial institution directly or indirectly (excluding internship)
- Age not exceeding 25 years and 30 years for freshers and experienced candidates respectively as on June 17, 2015
