Job Description

  • Installation software, Setup and software training to client, Support and Service
  • Inside valley and outside valley field visit.
  • Provide training of software to hotel customer
  • Working with customers problems and advising on the solution
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries
  • Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
  • Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves
  • Field visit if the problem is more serious and guide them with software
  • Anydesk or remote access support to customer to guide them through software
  • Ready to go out of valley for no of days and provide support to customers

Job Specification

  • Knowledge of hotel software and basic account.
  • Bachelor pass
  • Fast learner, good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Ability to deal with difficult callers
  • Logical thinker
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of hardware, software and networking
  • An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers are using
  • Good interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Good accurate records keeping
  • Knowledge of hotel software working flow and accounting
