Job Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Respond to network issues and requests in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Repair and replace office equipment as necessary
  • Generate email and network accounts for new users
  • Assist with day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability and availability with minimal interruption
  • Assist with producing documentation for installation and network topology

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (candidates waiting for their results can apply)
  • Candidates with 6 months of experience are eligible to apply
